Superyacht Nanny

Who I am

I’m Ella, with over eight years’ experience in yachting, six of which have been as a superyacht nanny, I have a wealth of expertise in childcare roles and stew life onboard. From growing up sailing, being passionate about the arts (and crafts) to my love of helping people, I am excited to be able to help you. I founded Superyacht Nanny to support and help more people in the yacht nanny world. Having worked on some of the largest and most prestigious yachts in the world, to caring for charges whilst racing classic sailing superyachts, to working with triplets and even some ski nanny work, I truly have been there, done it, and got the T shirt (or rash vest!).

My background and industry connections place me in a very unique position to help you. A few highlights of the last few years include:

  • UHNW nanny roles for children with learning difficulties
  • Private and charter yachts up to 90m length (tandem charters, motor, sailing, regattas etc.)
  • Working with a family of six children, all under three years of age
  • And of course, extensive international travel to many key yachting destinations

How I work:

Superyacht nanny roles are a unique niche in the yachting industry. Let me help you!

Nannies

Nannies who want to level up their offering and support families onboard. Land based nannying is a different ball game to the requirement onboard, so I am here to help you become a pro yacht nanny (– who keeps getting repeat bookings!)
The support I provide is bespoke to you, so we focus on exactly where you need the most guidance.

Stewardesses

Superyacht stews keen to learn how to create incredible experiences for family charters and the children who come aboard. I know just how it can feel to have your first family charter, so I am here to help you with guides, templates, bespoke treasure maps and consulting sessions.

Guides

Superyacht nanny guides for both nannies and stewardesses. Covering everything you need to know about to work with children onboard.
