As I am sure you can appreciate, there are top roles and by in no means junior positions. Typically, they require five years UHNW nanny experience with some travel nanny work, strong swimming abilities and an energetic personality.

Mostly freelance temp roles, although there are some stew / nanny permanent positions out there. Permanent roles always require STCW and ENG1 along with nanny certifications.

Often full-time nannies have their holiday leave whilst families go on yacht trips. This isn’t always the case, but definitely a reason for the need for freelance yacht nannies.
