Every big step I’ve taken in this industry… yachting, childcare, travel, building two businesses… has happened when life was already overflowing. And somehow, every time, I found a way to make it work.
That’s why I’m so passionate about supporting others through these crossroads.
Because I’ve been the nanny that has probably faced the same struggles and challenges (not engough work, too much work, too many other things, personal lives) you are sitting with right now. Sometimes I forget how unusual this career path really is and how overwhelming it can feel when you’re trying to find your place in it.
For years I’ve worked in UHNW childcare across all sorts of environments, and the thing I’ve come to love most is helping other people step into this world with clarity and confidence. Not because it’s glamorous, but because it’s meaningful, challenging, always dynamic and genuinely life-changing when you have the right support.

A warm and welcoming family visiting from New York City are seeking an experienced, hands-on nanny to provide exceptional care for their three young children over a 3-day temporary booking in London.
The role will involve a mix of sole and shared charge, so you’ll be working closely with the parents while taking full initiative when required. The family values a nanny who is kind but firm, proactive, and respectful of religious and cultural customs.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ professional nanny experience (including with babies and multiples)
• Fluent English speaker
• Up-to-date Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid Certificate, Nanny Insurance
• Confident with 24-hour care and overnight duties
• London based
• Previous travel nanny or temporary booking experience
